“I’ve called this ENT office multiple times and left several voicemails, but no one ever gets back to me. It's been weeks since my last appointment and every time I call the main appointment line, I get transferred to another extension where no one answers. It’s been incredibly frustrating trying to get any sort of follow-up or communication for referrals. Patients deserve better follow-through and responsiveness—especially when it comes to their health.
Update: At first, I had a tough time getting in touch with the office and was feeling pretty frustrated. Thankfully, they reached out, cleared up the communication issues, and got everything taken care of. I really appreciate them making things right and following through with my care.Thank you to the staff for working to resolve things.”
