I have found a few good items. It is not how it used to be for sure. The colors, variety, and sizing are very limited. They mainly carry jeans and cropped hoodies. You won’t find too much else. Nothing for classy adults. Mainly teenager clothing.

I went here yesterday to do some shopping for my birthday and couldn't try on my clothes because the dressing rooms were closed. Went back the next day to return them because they didn't fit and was informed they don't do returns. Only store credit or exchange so I tried to exchange my items and was told they couldn't do anything because the scanner part wasn't present on my receipt. Now im stuck with two pair of pants that I can't wear. So before you buy anything make sure it's what you want because you can't do any returns and you only have 14 days to do so.

Love the clothes, accessories, shoes and prices - however this store is the worst when it comes to CS. Forget getting any kind of help, much less a smiling face while you check out. There is a bad attitude at this store and I don't know why. The store is nice, clean and always busy it seems, but the people who work there seem irritated and not interested in helping customers.

This is the worst CR I've ever been in. Came in today at around 1245pm, not one person greeted me. All 4 or 5 girls standing there talking loudly, while customers walk in and not one hello or do you need help? I was literally in there for 45 minutes, NOT ONE PERSON came over, they continued talking to eachother. The store opened at 1230pm, so it was cleaned, but no use shopping in the clearance. NOTHING WAS SIZED correctly. How frustrating! The company is basically hiring these girls to catch up on their gossip. Not coming to this one when I'm in town.

Shopped there on Saturday, January 20th. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew the young ladies' names who were at the register. They were extremely nice and very helpful. This was around 1:30 that afternoon. One of them helped me save $12 with Charlotte Russe online coupons on an app she told me about that I didn't know anything about. The other employee on the floor was very nice and very helpful too! I will definitely go back and recommend to many friends to go there. Keep up the great work! I don't know why these other reviews are complaining. Everything was sized correctly and in the right racks. My daughter and I were appropriately greeted. U can't please everyone. The "Customer is always right" concept doesn't mean the customers give employees a hard time bc they think they looked at them the wrong way. People should look up the meaning of that. Thanks!
