They are rude & will tell you they won’t charge for certain things then continue to charge you & when u speak up for yourself they will get mad and threaten to mess up your vehicle and also refuse service after that!!!

Called the tow yard to see if they would be able to speak with my insurance company and send them a photo and they refused to help out even for one photo. Tow yard said they aren't getting paid to be a claim adjuster so he isn't going to work like one.
