Reasonable prices. Closed my account that was on automatic payment because it was empty even though the payments were current.?. I was aware it was empty but still wanted to hold the space until my deliveries arrived. I'll just wait until deliveries come to open new one. Probably saved me money but lost them a paying tenant for at least a month.

A one star as there in no zero!!! My experience with this place, Byram Self Storage was a complete nightmare!! My code would not work. Could not get a key after a temp code was issued as there was a lock on the door..had to cut the lock, as we were told that was my unit, then there was someone else things in there. I want my refund back in my account asap!!!
