I was lied to about the maintenance lab I purchased. I was contacted abs told that I needed a cabin filter replaced and I gave the ok and they couldn't get one so I have to go somewhere else to get it done. I will not use cannon ford to buy or service another truck

I bought a car at Cannon Ford today. Salesperson Ann Atkins was great. She informed me about the vehicle that I was purchasing, got all the staff together to complete the paperwork, filled the tank and gave me a key ring for the fob to my Ford Escape. A great deal. A great experience.

Cannon Ford is losing the potential 2nd pre-owned auto sale within 30 days to faithful Starkville Ford customers for over 30 years.
If local auto dealer competition is transparent enough to provide prospective buyers a complimentary carfax report, why doesn’t Cannon Ford?
Come on higher ups, it shouldn’t be about this wee bit of money, it’s a matter of customer service and transparency. Look at competition. You are losing out.
