I have been a customer with Bancorp/Cadence for about 7 years. I have never had a problem with any branch, and I have always received exemplary service from other branches. Everytime I come to this branch the drive through wait is atleast 20 minutes unlike other branches where I am in and out in 10minutes. Today I came in to deposit some money through the drive through. As soon as I sent my money the first thing I was told was “Next time come inside.” ( note I could atleast be greeted first and given an explanation as to why ) I figure her reasoning was the amount of money I was depositing, but I have deposited more at other branches and never been told that before. Once I received my receipt I sent another deposit for another account. After waiting 15 minutes I was told “ you have to come inside “ I asked why and her response was “ I have other customers waiting and it will take a long time to count this.” Why are these other customers a priority over me??? Keep in mind I was not able to come inside due to the fact I had recently been in a car accident and have a broken leg. After another 15minutes of waiting I was told “the deposit is over” okay… I said “send me the extra money back” The incompetent woman sent me back the entire deposit instead of only the extra. I could not wait much longer and was very displeased, so I decided to leave instead. I will never return to this location and the employees should be taught how to speak to customers and have patience and consideration. I did not know it was such a problem to deposit money to a bank???????

Used to be Bancorp South, same people but a new name. Drive thru teller open til noon on Saturdays.

Autumn helped me in the drive thru today with all of my deposits and she was fantastic! She was extremely friendly and made some very helpful suggestions. She got me taken care of quickly while also helping others. The overall experience took only took a few minutes, and her friendly demeanor really made a difference!

I have been Banking with them for over 20 years my pay check direct deposit and they still treat me like I'm nothing but a number l tried several times to get a loan for as little as $500 they denied me and every time I try to cash a check they say that they have to hold it for two days some of the tellers at the drive thru on hwy 12 in starkville are extremely rude so after 20 something years of disappointment it's time to take my business elsewhere...
