I have bought 2 vehicles from them and both times it was an issue with the spare key. I had my spare keys to both vehicles I traded in. I was told there was a spare key to both before I signed the papers, then it was I’ll have to find out. The sales girl which I choose to not name told the sales manger I cussed her and when he called he thought what I was telling him was funny. I will treat people with the same respect that is given. I also told him the Bronco I just bought 2 weeks prior is already in the shop for rear defrost and the windshield washer doesn’t work so you tell me how they inspected the vehicle before they sold it? He said did we agree to fix it and I told him they had to because it was under warranty. He said they didn’t have to and they wouldn’t sell me anymore vehicles ?. I appreciate it because I can guarantee you I will never buy from there again. I am about to be in the market for a brand new gas saver too. His name is Gary Johnson by the way.

The absolute worst place to purchase a car and get it serviced. LEMON LOT ! Service center is full of a bunch of clowns.
I bought a car here a couple months ago. Within a couple weeks it was in their shop for 2 months and needed a new transmission. Replaced the transmission. Couple weeks later, a clunking noise starts at the rear. Took it in, they tell me it’s the front struts. Spent $750 to replace the front struts. The noise wasn’t fixed, they completely dropped the ball on the diagnosis. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.
