No type of customer service skills. I went there yesterday for the first and last time. The young lady at the register acted as if she was mad I was there. I hate I spent my money there after thinking about it. I will not return

When they were first in Towne Loop, I bought plenty of apparel. Then they moved to Tanger and I barely went plus I kept forgetting they were there. Now they’ve moved back to the Towne Loop area and I’m back on board. Wanted my daughter to have a MSU shirt for school spirit day. Rebecca greeted me and helped me find what I needed. We talked like we were old friends catching up. Love the store and Miss St items they carry.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I arrived to the store on 12/12/2022 at 6:30pm. The 2 young employees in the store were not friendly at all. The young white woman looked me up and down and was rude as if I was going to steal something in the store. When I said I don't need anything, she stated that you can exit now. The was a level of prejudice that was not called for when I am a consumer ready to spend money. No There!!!! No Stars are given for this store!
