At approximately 11pm on September 1st I visited this Shell location. I paid for gas as soon as I got into the station so my spouse could pump gas while I shopped inside. My son was grabbing his things and I took a couple mixed drink cans to register so I didn't have to carry them around as I was also trying to get myself an iced coffee, which is literally ALWAYS empty. I managed to muster up 3/4 of a cup and took my things to the register. The young boy that was checking us out then accused ME of stealing, saying I needed to empty mine and my son's pockets. Appalled, I did exactly that. I have a permanent ostomy bag and he saw a bulge under my shirt. Instead of being respectful and asking, he automatically accused us. After seeing he was wrong he must've been quite embarrassed because he refused to apologize or make eye contact. I am tempted to contact my attorney who is well versed in the Americans With Disabilities Act and ensure this little boy no longer works around the public. I am disgusted and appalled, I've been going to this store over 16 years, never once have I EVER been treated that way, targeted because I have a disability. Absolutely disgusting. I'll be contacting thee BBB if I don't hear back from your establishment in the next 24 hours.

We were just passing through and stopped for gas. There was plenty of selection for snacks. Sadly they didn't have sun drop. But the store was clean and the cashier was friendly.

I stopped here and the 16 ounce ice coffee was priced at $2.99. (Display price) My daughter said the cashier charged her over $4.00. I went in and I also attempted to purchase one . He attempted to charge me almost five dollars .. I asked him why did he charge me a different price, other than the displayed price. He said he also has to charge me a dollar for the cup...I've never heard of that in my whole life ... When you shop here, be aware ...They can not be TRUSTED.

I used to like going to this store. Your employees used to be outgoing and friendly. As usual today I went in and was not greeted because your two employees were to busy showing each other stuff on their phones. I was at the check out for about 2 mins while one proceeded to finish her texting. Finally got her to ring my stuff up. Then she was right back on her phone. The other employee never stopped using her phone. Horrible customer service. Will be going to one of the other stores from now on. This was April 3rd at 6:15 p.m

The one lady was very friendly to us. Most things were bought out just like most stores we seen here this weekend. I did ask why things were minimal. Weekenders bought them out. Gas was $2.99 here and mostly every place we seen for almost 2 hours.

Decent. Staff was always okay (not really friendly, not rude either.) Good deals on snacks. For a short time, this was a frequent break / meet-up spot while conducting business in the great state of Mississippi. I avoided getting gas here (as prices were always higher) but I could always find a chocolate bar on a good sale!
