The guys who work here are always so nice! They make sure my mirrors are flipped in and wipers and auto-hold are off. The equipment has always been in good working order, the vacuums are quite powerful, and I love the floor mat and bug-cleaning stations. The only bad thing is once my car is clean I can see all the dings from my kids' bikes and scooters!

I went through the car wash today and a piece of my mirror broke off. One of the employees tried to put it back on, but it wasn’t working so he went to get the manager. The manager told me it wasn’t going to go back on because it was broken, handed me the piece, and then walked off. So I would say my $12 car wash was not worth the $100 part to fix my brand new car. The young boy who tried to help was nice, but I feel like the manager should have tried to act like he cared a bit more at the very least since they broke it.

Met my expectations and more! Truthfully I was shocked to see how clean and shiny my car was after leaving GoShine Express Car Wash. Never have I been so pleased with a express car Wash as I was with GoShine. It's a ten/ten so I gotta recommend. Car washes in my future will only be a GoShine Express Car Wash. And the employees are considerate, informative and want to earn your business. 100% satisfied.

The customer service was terrible.
Steve and the attendant did not give me any instructions, but lazy hand gestures. No further instructions were provided until I asked what should I do, so damages would not be done to my Mercedes. Steve finally gave me instructions after I asked. However, as I was being pulled into the wash. Steve and his attendant did not know I could hear them loud and clearly joking about me. After going home and looking at my car, my passenger side mirror was scratched up from the machines!
The most unprofessional and damaging car wash.

Although everyone is aware that it is not recommended to take your car through an automatic car wash, I was in need of a wash and decided to use this car wash business for the first time today. Big mistake! My experience was an awful one. I should've had it professionally detailed as usual. After paying for my wash, I drove up to the entrance to proceed through the car wash. All three male attendants were present, they provided very little to hardly any communication. The customer service was quite minimal and unprofessional. One of the attendants gave poor, lazy hand gestures and that was about it, I could barely see him. No further instructions were provided to ensure the prevention of any mishaps or vehicular damage. In the past, attendants at other automatic car wash establishments gave very CLEAR concise instructions. I see why this location has that disclaimer sign near the pay entrance. I hope and pray that my car is okay. Go where you are treated with professional customer service, regardless of race or color.

Got the most expensive wash and the scrubber machines are so dirty they made my car dirty. But I like the bug station out front and the vacuums. But for a wash... Useless.
