The customer service is unmatched! I found the exact dress I needed in my size. Tiffany, the manager, made sure that it was at UPS the next morning. I am so appreciative of CoatTails so that I could have the dress I wanted for my event!

Was searching everywhere for a pair of boots and they were the only ones who had them in my size! I ordered and they were promptly shipped and arrived sooner than expected. So happy I found this cute little shop and was able to get the item I was looking for. Will continue to check out their site for future purchases.

I’ve been a customer of Coattails for several years. They have a wonderful selection of clothes, dresses, shoes, handbags, jewelry and more. The staff is very helpful in finding the perfect outfit for any event. The alterations department is second to none!

This is a lovely store with lots of quality clothes/shoes/purses, etc. Their inventory is always wonderful and they don't carry a million of each item leaving you feeling like you will run into someone wearing your exact same outfit. To me, that is a huge PLUS. CoatTails has super friendly staff and a clean store in beautiful Ridgeland.
