Horrible customer service. You have to repeatedly ask for help. Clerk was aloof and acted like she didn't have time to be bothered.

This rating is based on the experience, not the clothes. i popped in to find some clothes for an upcoming trip. I'd heard they had some good travel options that are comfortable and stylish. I was greeted immediately but a charming blonde salesperson (Jennifer, maybe?). I told her I like to browse and she said she would be nearby to help if I needed anything. I picked up several items to try on and in the next rom an older lady with dark hair asked me if I'd been helped. I told her I had been, and she smiled and said she would take my clothes to a dressing room. A few minutes later, I round the corner and the two are talking - #2 lady is telling my original greeter that she has gotten me a room but "if you helped her first you can have her" (basically) and sweet #1 says, "No, that's fine, you can have her.) I was d.o.n.e. I tried on my clothes but did not purchase in the store. Under no circumstances was I rewarding the shark that "grabbed me". i ended up ordering what I liked online. I told the sweet #1 that I would come back and ask for her next time, but it was a really creepy experience. I get working on commission, but come on, play fair!
