They would always greet me and say goodbye as I left! They are much quicker that the one by Northpark Mall! So usually you can get in and out with ease. They usually have one armed security person working. Seems like a safe area”

“I have been member of Commfirst credit union for over ten years. Recently they joined Brightview Credit Union. While I no longer live in Mississippi I have continued to bank with this credit union. I am unable to handle day to day transactions in person so I have to handle a majority of them over the phone. I had been going back and forth with members of the credit union regarding loan payments for months and it felt like no one could help or understand. Then I talked with Tyekasia Demmings from the Tupelo Branch. Tyekasia exemplifies compassion and understanding. She understood what I was inquiring about explained the process and fixed my issue. If she says she will call you back she does. And if I leave her a message she calls back. I am very grateful that there are people in the world that care about the voice on the other side of the phone.
