Very fast and friendly service. The nice woman I worked with was multitasking and still able to get me in and out in 10 minutes.My only recommendation is to allow for all employees to be able to allow customers to pay with a card, instead of cash only.Great customer service!

I give this company 0 stars. The agent quoted me a premium that went up immediately by almost $4,000 per six months. When I canceled, they refused to give me a refund and sent me another bill. No help from the agent or manager. This company should be investigated. I regret ever reaching out to them. STAY AWAY!

These people put my life in danger because everyone wants to transfer calls and no one wants to comprehend. Please for the safety of your family use triple A anywhere BUT Mississippi. Seriously, you could say “I need fuel assistance “ and they’ll literally go “sorry I don’t know that let me transfer you”

Can’t get anybody to answer the phone. What is up with this mess? Every time I say our agents name the machine says there is no such person there and when they refer somebody else that agent don’t answer or return a call. DO BETTER. all we gotta do is get our insurance off of one vehicle and put onto another (if that’s possible) but at this point might as well cancel everything

Denied me to take my photos when I have a premier membership. The lady at the desk is very rude. Corporate needs to fix this place up. What’s the point of a premier membership.

My car had a flat tire. I was able to make it safely to a Circle K where my boyfriend and I tried to air it up. It was useless. My jack, we discovered, was broken. I called AAA and requested for someone to help us change it. It was 11pm when I had first called thinking it would only be about 30 minutes and we'd be home. I called 12 TIMES in 5 HOURS!! No one was showing up, I wasn't getting any calls or texts with any updates. I called the first tow company directly and the guy told me that no one had called and told him anything. Seriously?? A supervisor had to get involved at one point and supposedly called someone..big joke. We heard nothing from any other company. I had to call the last guy and after not showing up in 15 minutes over an hour later, he had fallen back to sleep! He finally showed up and got it done in 5 minutes! My boyfriend has cancer and this was absolute hell on him! 5 hours just for a 5 minute job!! AAA charges me way to much for this kind of treatment! I have recieved NOTHING from them. This was an absolute joke on their part. I am so disappointed with the inaction of the company. Don't waste your money.

Went in to pick up maps for several states while we were visiting Mississippi from CA. After being assured I was Covid-free, the masked employee quickly confirmed my AAA membership, retrieved all the maps I requested, and pleasantly asked a little about my road trip.

Most horribles insurance ever. The insurance is not quoted correctly. Cancellation with no warning. Failure to return calls. I am thinking of contacting the state Department of Insurance concerning their nefarious behavior. No stars.
