I recently had warranty work performed on my travel trailer and am highly disappointed. While Mark, the Service Manager was great, the technician who worked on my trailer left me frustrated and upset. I picked my trailer up on 8/16 after having the work completed. Yesterday evening, I began preparing the trailer for a weekend get-a-way to discover my refrigerator, which had just been repaired, was once again not working. Upon further investigation, I found that the latch plate that allows the refrigerator door to lock in the closed position and seal properly had not been properly reinstalled. It had been left loose preventing the door from sealing, which I presume caused the refrigerator to overheat and shut off. When I removed the outside panel to check the fuses, I found that the heat shield had not been reinstalled. If you get your rig serviced or repaired by Dad's in Picayune, verify their workmanship before you leave. I know I will in the future, should I have to take mine back since they are the authorized dealer for warranty repairs.

I’ve never experienced service on this level at any RV dealer I’ve dealt with. Orvis was my salesman and he was outstanding. I had a million questions and he answered everything quickly and efficiently. I can’t say enough about how great things went. I highly recommend Dad’s to everyone.

Bart was our Sales Rep, who has no troubles letting us know everything we asked about or found out if he didn't know.
Certainly beat out the large company we dealt with in Jackson, the service we got at Dad's Camper Outlet was like shopping with friends!

After weeks of looking at campers we decided on the Cougar half ton 23MLE.
Found it at Dad's and had the pleasure of working with Scott. He was very professional and helped me through the whole process. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Thanks, also, to Dennis, Austin and Will. Would definitely do business with them again.

Absolutely, a great experience with the RV rental staff. Giving a special recognition and a special thanks to Chrissy. She went to extremes and over the top with customer service in making our rental experience an absolute success and enjoyment from preparation of the camper to making sure all the equipment was available and working. It made our camping experience a success. No surprises or disappointments while on the road or while camping. A HUGE THANKS,Keith & Maria Peek

This should’ve been a great day- we researched & knew exactly which RV we wanted to buy. We did all the prep work ahead of time & Dad’s Camper Outlet knew we were coming 1 week ahead of time. We drove 200 miles & were planning on putting down the deposit and making arrangements to pick up our new RV a few days later. It should have been a very easy sale. But, I guess Dad’s doesn’t want to sell the Keystone Passport GT 2700RL. By the looks of it, it’s been sitting in their lot for a very, very long time. The grime on the outside was only matched by the layers of dust on the inside & the broken shades and hard to open windows. The backsplash was loose & the shower surround dented & missing caulk. Visible staples lined the interior walls and you could definitely say this was a Friday build. They knew we wanted to make sure the A/C system worked correctly- specifically the 2nd A/C unit in the bedroom. This A/C stopped working 5 minutes into our walk through. We were told it was because it was only on a 30 amp breaker, not a 50. But, the breaker never tripped. Our sales rep, Lance tried to get us to commit to buy before we even got to touch this RV. No need to lie and don’t bother to lie to seasoned RVer’s. We work in RV resorts and are very connected with RV groups. I would never recommend my friends or guests to Dad’s Camper Outlet, or specifically Lance at Dad’s. Our time was completely wasted.Nick at Dad’s Camper Outlet was very hospitable and we appreciated his courtesy, even trying to show us more recent arrivals that didn’t have months worth of neglect.
