Literally not at all like they used to be. I just recently moved back down and they are rude and can't even do either job.They don't communicate with anyone and when I got my sons medicine they didn't even mix it just gave me powder.I won't be returning again definitely gonna go back to Walgreens.Had multiple bad experiences over a month time. Don't waste your time go elsewhere.

Me and my sister went to pharmacists through drive-through have one customer ahead of us she said she sit there 30 -40 minutes waiting on someone to come to the drive-through so she can pick up her medicine she decided to go inside the store to get her medicine took a few more minutes for her so i set there waiting after the lady drive off i ring the bell a few time the lady said there busy she turned the speaker off she walk away from the drive thru window snd rollher eyes at me so i drive off came inside told the lady at counter that she is being rude they didn’t apologize i ask if i can get my mom medicine check me out I realize the medicine she needed the lady said it was in the Q meaning i think they working on it so I waited a few more minutes the lady tells me it was call in at 3:00 she lied because my mom just left doctor office at 1:30 the lady tell me it will be ready before they close around 5:30 these people at this pharmacist they have nasty attitudes very rude i will never bring my business to this place unorganized unprofessional I use to be in medical field most of all my life i have retired and I never seen people like this in Picayune at the Rex-all drugs store that treat American citizen this way it very sad I’ll give y’all the heads up do not take your business to Rexall drugstore treating there customers with rudeness in this way

I went in there to get a nebulizer with my coughing 3 year old and was told WE DONT HAVE TIME TO FILL THIS SORRY GO TO PICAYUNE DRUG I will NEVER go back to this place. Sure the recording plays and says they are Professional and they care about your well being All they did when I called to speak to someone about this issue was a city Rexall hold please click and was put on hold for 10 plus minutes .

I have had 2 incidents recently where I dropped prescriptions off and they were to be ready by the end of day. Also, confirmed they were in stock. On both instances, I call/come back and I’m told they had to be ordered. No one called to communicate that with me to allow me time to transfer them to another pharmacy as I needed them the same day. The customer service is less than acceptable. I will never use City Rexall again and would never recommend someone to use them.

I will NEVER go to the big chain pharmacies again. You are actually treated like a human. Hard working folks that's for sure.
