Several years ago I was on a business trip out of state and the battery of my wife's Grand Marquis died. She had the car towed to this auto store on the suggestion of the tow driver. Buy Low Auto Parts sold her a good battery at a really good price and installed it. I was pleased with the whole process when I returned home and learned what had occurred.
A couple of days ago, this battery died. It was a four-year Continental and had lasted right at seven years! I called Buy Low and confirmed that, yes, they had a Continental battery for the car in stock. I got the car down to them and as I was getting out of the car (with difficulty) and was getting my cane, which I am using since recent knee replacement, it occurred that I could not carry that battery and I would have a hard time installing it. This was no problem because they replaced the battery very fast. I spent more time trying to get past the Hywy 43 railroad overpass road work than I did in the total time I was at Buy Low! Sure! What better service could be had? I highly recommend these nice people!

Purchased a new car battery at an excellent price and they even installed it for me at no extra charge and didn't lose my saved radio stations or clock/time. Yay!
