The lady that answers the phone is very rude. They need to train her for customer service. They have lost a lot of Business. They must have new people that own it or run it. They don’t ever have to worry about me walking through the doors. I’ll be going to ashes.

Went three weeks in a row for an oil change and got there before they opened.. went on the days they told me they were not going to have my car for several hours cause those days weren’t as busy. Tried last week and same scenario.. they said can you leave your car cause it’ll be several hours. No I cannot leave my car! All for an oil change! I was a customer there for a while but no more! Ciao!

I had a leaking tire, went at 0830 to get it fixed! I was told that they were real behind come back at 11am, and when I did was told can’t get to it till Monday!!!!! Don’t tell someone one thing and not honor that!! Poor service!!
