They attempted to repair my Harley Davidson. It took them several months. I paid them then took it to another shop. My new mechanic found a loose screw in the intake that would have completely ruined my engine if I had tried to drive it. I won’t go back to Picayune for any more repairs! Very disappointed with this business.

Best mechanic there is! Had an issue with my bike and the man drove 2.5hrs to my location in a different state and remedied the situation on his day off!!! Only bike mechanic/shop I will ever use! American Iron is the BEST!!!

Much better atmosphere now that Decker is no longer there. Slack is Even getting customers back he lost because of Decker's poor attitude !! Knowledgeable Certified Technicians at a one stop Family Owned motorcycle shop !

Went in and asked for a part. They gave me the part no questions asked, unlike the other motorcycle shops that ask 4 hundred questions then have to order it anyway. They had it in stock and didn't argue with me about what I wanted or needed like cycle shack does.

Two months and $1300 later this disorganized shop had my bike experiencing the exact same issues as what I had brought it in for previously and also now seemingly has less power than it did previously as well as the new issues below.Wheel was installed incorrectly with something around 20 weights in place for support. Belt was put back incorrectly and has started to tear and fray due to rubbing. Rear brake fluid is now leaking.I let the shop know well in advance that I would be taking the bike on a ride from New Orleans to Atlanta when I initially brought it in.I made in one hour.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. If you're stuck out there just have your bike towed home to a shop you know. You'll save yourself money and time.
