Did not show when said they would and did not call to tell me about delay. When I was told I would be the 1st on the list the next day I was not. They had pushed me back to noon with no notice after taking morning off work to be home.

Had a rare collision with a bird. Wrong spot but the right time. Called the day prior and was serviced the next morning to get back on the road to deliver my load. I would recommend them to any trucker running this area since safelite nolonger provides service for commercial vehicles. Thanks AGS yall are awesome. Still don't know what kind of bird that is.

Had glass ordered 7/23 and kept getting the run around about my glass order. At first they said it never came in. It was lost? Never would get call backs when I’ve called to question it. Finally on 11/9 they eventually installed it. Wasn’t the greatest experience unfortunately but I know something’s are out of our control. ??♂️

Really bad service first time leaked water, after they replaced the windshield the second time scratched inside and didn't seal the overhead of the car

I went in to see if they could reattach a plastic strip that held my sliding glass window in place. After two failed attempts trying it myself, I was ready to pull my hair out! They took my truck back right away and had it fixed within 15 minutes. I went to pay, but the sweet lady at the front desk waved at me and said, "Have a good day!" I needed this kindness in my life today! Thank you!

So I have a bad habit of locking myself out of my house, out of my car, pretty much out of anything that can be locked I've locked myself out of many many times. Long story short in the last week and a half I've had to order two pains of glass from these kind folks and every time that I did, the service was fast, friendly and most of all affordable! Thanks Melissa and to all who work there for amazing hard work! I've now learned to hide a key lol!!!
