I have 4 phones and both my kids phone have gave us problems since we got them and we having trouble getting them a replacement. And my daughters phone will not work at all and her phone has been doing that for 4 months now and we pay 166 a month for all 4 phones and having trouble getting 2 of them replaced. I honestly wished I never switched from Cspire because at least with them they will give you a replacement phone and we have insurance on all 4 phones as well and I advise anyone that’s not with cricket DONT . Stay with whoever your with now ..

Agent was rude and hung the phone up on me. I was told not to call back by the District Manager. I spoke to the store manager whom gave excellent customer service. He went above and beyond.My 5 stars go to the store manager.
