Store closed early. Stating close at 9 but when arrived at 8:20 doors were locked and would not allow anyone in for closure.

Was told upon arriving at the Ralph Lauren outlet that they have now grown to retail pricing and not Outlet pricing at any outlet store. I left without buying anything and I'm going to pay $110 for a polo I'll just as soon go to Belk!

The employees are rude. Mainly managers they do not help AT ALL. I had a situation to happened with an manager and they were rude. Also, the store doesn't have a diverse team. Seems like they're just in it for the money.
