I gave this store 5 stars a year ago and it is sad to see the change in service that has happened. I am currently waiting on a pick up order that is 1 hour and 22 minutes late and when I tried to approach one of the pick up associates in the parking lot, she was rude and walked off. Well there are workers in this one. But there is no one checking ppl out. It's all self service and the lines are VERY long. Totally packed in there.
