My husband went to this store twice recently because his iPhone, which he bought there, wasn’t working. They eventually fixed it, but he had to call customer service to get some of the help, and both clerks at the store were notably rude and uncooperative, to the point almost of obstructiveness. I notice most of the good reviews are from last year, when we also got decent service. What’s changed? Is there a new owner or new manager? If you can, it’s worth going somewhere else.

This is my second time coming to this store about a bill issue and sos signal issue!!! I paid almost a 1000 for my iphone 14. The manager is horrible and clueless. I don't understand if I paid my money at this store then you should be able to help the customer and not turn them away to a 611 robot on the phone. Whoever she is the manger with the glasses on needs to check herself. The worst customer service this week. If it happens again I will leave Verizon and go to AT&T!!!

I'm here just to let the owner of this location or official that my family and I went somewhere else! Last week we came up a party of 4 and I decided to add 4 new lines as new customers and get iphone 14s free with a $25 a month for each like it said on the promo card. I'm not sure the young lady dressed in red with glasses was having a bad day or just didn't want to give us service. Anyway. long story short we used my credit and I was shown the spending limit approved for $7000! If thats the case then I don't have to make a down payment? That is more than enough for 4 lines and watch!!! The young lady claimed to be the manager Kendra and my husband asked her is there someone else over her or we could call. The issue was she kept said the credit application was on hold and they had to call the core people whoever that is which took forever. However, I will never forget how we were treated by this person when asking about how much for each plan, setup, and monthly bill. I guess that was too much to ask. She was very hot and disrespectful like we couldn't afford it. NO PROBLEM! WE LEFT AND WENT TO TMOBILE AND GOT 4 LINES AND 4 PHONES! I hope she reads this or her boss hires new people to deliver good customer service and not rudeness that will run customers off.

I came in last week to this store to get an upgrade on my daughter phone since I am the owner on the account. This was such a bad experience and had to drive to Batesville. The manager or Kendra I think was very nasty to me from start to finish! She kept saying mam we are not a corporate store and I understood that. I simply wanted to buy the phone first then trade it. This person has bad personality when talking to customers. Thank god I went somewhere else. Russell Cellular if you are reading this please fire her. Noone deserves this kind of behavior. I'm calling Russell Cellular today

Thank you so much for helping to resolve my issue with my phone! Everything was working except that I couldn’t make or receive phone calls. I’d tried all of the usual tricks to try to fix it, but it turns out the problem was that the SIM card needed replacing. The guy who helped me was very patient and helpful. I feel very bad that I didn’t remember his name. Great service and great staff!

I signed up with Verizon in Dec of 21, switching from Att after years with the service. Not ONE thing Verizon promised was true, from the promise of a "Free Phone to the actual amount of the bill. Also, I was told I did not have a contract or obligation after receiving promotional money, and I also paid for I cloud service which I never received. This is not a Corporate Owned store, and cannot or will not actually try to help, only refer you to someone else in Verizon. DO NOT believe anything they tell you......I do not recommend this store or Verizon. T Mobile was honest and up front about everything...Verizon WAS NOT.

A few months ago I changed to the unlimited plan I was told that when I switched to auto pay and no paper billing I would get $40 off my bill So to I was assured my bill would be around $191 per month But my bill for the last few months has to be over $230 and I still get paper bills I feel it's all a come on and bull The employees at Russell Comunication are no help at all I am very dissatisfied with their so-called service

I opted out of having the associate set up my phone, but I was told that I still needed to pay $35 for the set up fee. I asked why and was informed that it is company policy even if I do not receive the service. I paid the fee (even though I opted out of the service). I called customer support and they were able to refund me for the service I did not obtain. Shame on this location for taking advantage of customers.
