This UPS store @1723 University Ave #B Oxford, MS charge customers for packages pickup although shipping/handling were paid via Amazon. They charged $15.00. I was told by their manager this was due to NOT having a box. All I can say is GREED...double charge. I reported this to UPS...NEVER AGAIN WILL SEND ANYTHING TO THIS UPS store!!! If I could give a -10;I would!!!

CS was good, lady was patient but I got nothing but the receipt and I asked for a printed copy. Paid for NDD and package was delivered 3 daya later

They let my grandmother accidentally overnight express a document for $135 and for the last 20 minutes they were open I tried to call them only for my calls to be declined or said they were busy until finally at the minute they closed someone answered only to tell me they were now closed and hung up on me mid sentence before I could even explain why I was calling. I tried calling a couple times after that since I knew at least someone who could help me was there and instead of helping, they promptly answered my calls and immediately slammed the phone 3 times in a row after half an hour of letting my previous calls ring and pretending no one was there. All I wanted to do was change a label from an expedited overnight ($135) to a two day ($30) before it was too late but I couldn't even get anyone on the phone to try and explain so there goes $100 down the drain. Thanks a lot

Went to send something back and was told I had to pay a fee to email my scan bar to them when I know they can scan the it from my phone. Batesville ups is a joke. They think folks don’t know the business. Lazy people

Took a painting to be shipped. Total package was only 10 pounds. 35x35x9. My bill was $176! After buying their packaging and shipping label I see they charged $20 additional for a tracking number!! That is and should be, included with purchasing the shipping label. this is definitely not a place that I would recommend to have something shipped. Price gouging in the worst of degree.!!

The service was excellent! I loved interacting with the staff ( Samala Burford, Susan Smith, Gema Peña, and Blyall) I was there to get a letter notarized, and everyone was super nice from the beginning to the end. It was also my birthday, so the made me feel special! Keep up the good work.

I’m shocked to see a low review at this store.We had a complicated situation and the store team quickly handled it and they were very nice and acted like they appreciated our business - it was an excellent experience all the way around

Went to pick up a package and the staff was incredibly kind to my toddler and helped make her feel comfortable while we tried to find the package. All the staff was super friendly and helpful wouldn’t be upset if we had to go back for something else

Dropped off a phone and charger to ship about a month later it is still at the store and they do not want to refund the money- unreal- UPS corporate told me the refund is authorized- go any where but here!
