“The store was tidy and very easy to navigate. The selection was good and prices fair. I found a couple of pair I believe i will go back and purchase in coming days. Went in just to browse. Only negative (slightly) was lack of assistance from clerks. They barely acknowledged my existence. If they had helped me I maybe don’t wait but buy two pair today!? ?♂️ although I likely would’ve refused any offers they made to assist tbh since I was just browsing… ?♂️”

“I’m writing this review to thank, & give a virtual hug to your manager, or assistant manager, Jamal ! (Didn’t catch his last name).... yesterday, 5/29/20, my friend Angie & I had driven from Booneville to Oxford to pickup her car from Belk Ford, where she had repairs done... so we had 2 vehicles. We had stopped at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, & when we came out her car would start. She & I were in the process of jumping off the battery, when Jamal came out of the store to see if he could help us. He was so kind, & genuinely concerned about two ladies with their hoods up, trying to work on a car. We SO appreciated his assistance! With all that is happening in this world right now, this is what we all need. More kindness ! God Bless Jamal & thank you !!!!”

It seems so many stores on the Square have ridiculously marked up pricing but not in this store! They have friendly customer service too. I highly recommend you go check out their selection!”
