Slowest service and slowest refills hands down. More times than not there’s a 25 minute wait in the drive through and equal wait inside. Inconsistent with alerts for medications being ready. Medications that come pre packaged and need little check/recount take more than 8 hours to be filled. Management needs improvement

I had left the doctor's office and dropped off my prescriptions. I asked if I would get a phone message. We waited for two hours and they had not filled two prescriptions. I had my transferred to another pharmacy. We drove home and now we have to pick it up later and we don't live in town.

Better than cvs, I just made the switch and they have much better customer service and it's handy to be able to do my grocery shopping at the same time

What was once a great pharmacy, is now a minor nightmare. While the pharmacists are competent and helpful, they're overwhelmed and in need of trained help. The lines are very long, both inside and at the drive up, orders are almost never ready for pick-up as promised, and using the automated telephone refill system is a unique hell unto itself. I wish store mgmt would address and fix these issues. It's really a shame what has happened.

Don't waste your time. NEITHER YOU INSURANCE TIME! They are the worst in Oxford and usually I don't leave reviews. Poor service is what you'll get! Of I could give it no stars I would

This pharmacy is literally a joke. To tell me I can’t pick up my medication because it’s a controlled substance, when I’m over 18 and was showing them my ID. Then to getting my prescription called in at 2 pm and it’s now 6 pm and they haven’t even started it and I’ve been waiting an hour. Get it together Kroger.

I call my prescriptions in 48 hrs. before I need a refill. Without fail, each time I use the drive through, it has never been filled. "Please circle around and get back in line" I'm told after waiting 35 min. already in line for a rx that was called in 2 days prior.

They desperately need a pharmacy manager that can see what goes on. Ridiculous time standing in line. I understand the need for training new people but you open two lines to keep things moving. In this case it appeared neither had much experience. Also I’ve heard “the robot had a problem” on my last two prescriptions, whose job is it to make sure it is working?I’ll be moving prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I have never in my life seen a more consistent group of individuals. Every single time, without fail, they will not start your prescription until after you call and ask if it’s ready. You can wait 2 weeks after filling - it doesnt matter. They WILL NOT start doing their job unless you specially request it.But today takes the cake. Two weeks after my doctor sent the prescription, i try to call mid day while it’s slow - they leave it ringing for 4 minutes until i hang up. I show up, ask about it, the lady up front says they dont have it yet. Asks if i requested the refill yet. I explain that it was sent by my doctor and wasnt a refill (she knows this ofc), i then state that i tried to call and ask. She says, about 5 minutes after i had given up on them letting the phone ring, that they aren’t open until 9 am. This was at 11:20 am, 5 minutes after her and everyone else left the phone ringing, with almost no customers. So i dont say anything. She says they’ll have it by 2 PM. 3:30 rolls around and i show up to pick up. The lady from this morning sees me, then asks a coworker to handle the customers, for reasons unrelated to seeing me, of course ;).I talk to the guy, tell him im picking up, and he walks to the back, talks to some people, scrambles around, pretending to not know where it is.He then tells me right after that it’s “being worked on right now, and will be ready in 10 minutes” - so i do some shopping and i come back to a large line - which is where i stand as im writing this review. They had the prescription for 2 weeks, ignore the phone, dont start till i physically show up, then quote me a time it will be done, and 1 hour and 30 minutes after the time i was quoted, they still havent started counting my pills.Yeah. This is what it’s like EVERY time you try to use them.

The absolute worst service in the pharmacy. I get that people are getting COVID vaccines, but I have a chronic medical condition -- I called my refill in a full 6 days before I was out of medication and followed up 2 times in person and 3 times over the phone. Today, after being told that they would be done by 8 PM last night, I called and was told that there were no medications in process for me and none waiting to be picked up. I AM OUT OF MY MEDICATIONS.

I really like the Kroger Pharmacy app. It makes it easy to manage my prescriptions. This is a super busy Pharmacy, no doubt, though. The whole store, including Pharmacy, just got remodeled and expanded. I don't enjoy grocery shopping at Kroger in Oxford anymore because of the massive size but the Pharmacy is at the front of the store and there's also a drive thru.

I've never waited less than 45 minutes despite there being 8 people. Usually doing nothing.
