This is my 1st week using their products The meter was not reading my sugar level so I called for help today Feb. 12, 2019 At 1 o'clock p.m. the lady on the phone was extremely rude she didn't think I could hear her as she told her coworkers "God blesses this poor girl she does not have a clue"! this is my 1st time every having to deal with diabetes and it is very scary, when I call For help I should be greeted with professionalism and kindness not to be discussed to others coworkers Or talked about My situation as a joke it was very hurtful to hear her say that and then to hear the other coworkers laughing She should be extremely ashamed of herself.
