Broker Becky booked a load at 9am. Driver gets at the pickup late afternoon and another truck pulls up, they take the freight off our truck and load other driver said they were told by broker. Called Becky and she tries to play it on us saying we didn’t answer phone or emails. They never contacted us and were not able to give proof. Sent them signed RC and provided driver info for contact. Double booked the load almost tried to not pay TONU. Driver wasted 150 mile deadhead to be booted by Covenant customer service at its finest.

I'm not sure about the warehouse side of this company, how the brokering side should be a total and complete stay away for any trucker. This company repeatedly books loads, will tell you yes we have a 8am appointment time, and when you get there and sit hour after hour you will be informed that is was really a 2pm appointment. And if you will not stay they will give tonu. This place does deserve 1 star however this is Google set otherwise it would be -5 stars.
