I wanted to share my experience with Tamara Cohen & this company. Tamara was so Amazing!!!! She does her job very well and has alot of patience. She's Awesome!!!! The owner himself came out to my house. Help me change a tire did not accept the payment and tell me anytime me and my fiancé need to have to just give him a call. Honestly all I could tell him thanks and he definitely has my business.

Their cars are some of the best in the area. Prices are reasonable and Tamara our car saleswoman was great, she work up a great deal for us. But I'm giving a 3 star because the owner was on the phone conducting business not related to car sales, there's nothing wrong with that but when your doing a zoom / conference call on speaker and your talking so loud that everyone can hear your entire conversation and it disrupts your employees from doing a quality job and their having to apologize for the owners lack of professionalism in oder for them to make a sale is just ridiculous. She was so loud that I had to walk outside in order to talk to my insurance company to add another car. I will buy another car from them in the future but the owner needs to take it down a notch, that was very rude and to me she showed no care or concern for her employees or customers. If I could put a number to how loud she was ___ 1-10 and 10 being the highest, she was at 35.

Stay as far away from this business as possible. They are very disrespectful and racist people. They hate white people. They will not guarantee there warranty. And they will lie to you about everything you talk to them about. They will blame you no matter what the situation is. Save yourself alot of headache do not buy from this company.

I wish I didn't have to select a star, they definitely don't deserve any. I visited this place after seeing a vehicle listed on their website that I was interested in for my daughter. I took her by so that she could see it and I could test drive it. We were not greeted even though there was a lady outside on the lot, after entering the building we still were not greeted although there were more than 3 people within arms distance seated at desks just looking at us. After several minutes of just awkwardly standing a lady asked what vehicle I was interested in and said she would get me a price (I didn't ask for a price) after she told me the price I asked to test drive the car and was told that I would have to do a finance application before I could test drive. I immediately left. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
