I put in my maintenance requests ( tub and light fixture), @ 5:30 the morning of August 14, 2024. Before 11:00 that same day, Ken from maintenance was there to fix my issues and done with my requests. He had very positive vibes when he arrived. He did his job and moved around to the next person. Keep up the good work Ken.

Ms Cleo made our move in so fun and easy… I would definitely recommend these apartments. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Our apartment is definitely what we wanted . Thank you guys so much !!! I give y’all a 10 out of 10!!!!

The office staff is WONDERFUL!!! I had an issue with my toilet, I called one of the office staff members, she called one of the maintenance guys and he came right on and fixed the problem. I recommend Annandale as a good place to stay.

I'm very passionate when it comes to quality customer service and every one in front office has ALWAYS given just that!! Very courteous and professional staff.
I enjoy my unit...thank you all so much for fresh start and new home.

I've been living here for 2 months already and, i think it could be better in some aspects but I'm thankful and happy that we live here.
Administrative staff is GREAT.
I do have a few buts but I'll discuss it with them.
If you want an affordable and very well positioned apartment, Annandale is ok.

We had the opportunity to provide several tenants with our services. From decluttering and organizing their homes to providing a deep clean or assisting with hoard. Every experience was a wonderful one. The complex is secure. The apartments are huge and a great value as priced. We highly recommend these apartment homes!

Too many cockroaches and many things broken since I arrived, they tell me that the previous tenants destroyed the apartment and now my stove does not work well, the bathroom faucets have been broken since I arrived and a lot of marijuana smell from the air duct. The plugs do not work, they are badly placed. I need help, I have a quiet Autistic child and he can't even be heard, I need the apartment in good condition. Please ?? ?

Living at Annadale Gardens in Olive Branch, MS, has been an exceptionally positive experience for me. This is largely due to the incredible professionalism of the current management team, led by Sue. Her leadership and dedication to residents' well-being are truly commendable.

The complex is designed with residents' comfort and convenience in mind, making daily living both enjoyable and stress-free. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure the facilities are always well-maintained and accessible.
The concierge services provided, such as handling trash for residents, are particularly impressive. This added convenience is a testament to the thoughtful approach taken by the management to cater to our needs. It's these small but significant services that enhance the living experience here.
Security at Annadale Gardens is also top-notch. Knowing that there is a robust security system in place allows me to feel safe and secure in my home. The management's commitment to maintaining a secure environment is clear and greatly appreciated.
Overall, living at Annadale Gardens has been a pleasure. The professionalism and care demonstrated by Sue and her team, along with the excellent amenities and services, make it a highly desirable place to call home.

I love and like Mrs.Sue but her office staff was very rude and unprofessional! The maintenance men are lazy and took their when it came to fixing things. I lived there for 4yrs and continuously complained about my master bathroom toilet! Even when they replaced it i still was having problems with it that they never fixed. My apartment had mold in the closets complained about that and it NEVER got handled. The community is nice but overall the prices of the apartments are not worth it!
