Can't ever get anyone to the door or on the phone to answer my questions. They seem to always have business though.

Awful service. Took them three months to do 70 hrs of work. Any other place could have that done in less than three weeks, month tops. I went here cause Jerry promised cheaper than insurance. It ended up costing me more than that plus deductible.
Unreliable communication, shady workmanship, no good at all. Had to call the police because he got violent over the phone when I showed up to get my car.
Got my car back with 90 extra miles and a broken stereo. His excuse was "I never touched the stereo". It was fine when I dropped it off. The car is barely a year old.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
