It was a really long haul but I think everything turned out well?. Everyone @ Nationwide worked really hard on this to take care of, as much as possible, and to repair the most pressing concerns on my home and prevent further damage. Thank you, Nationwide’s Rusty Healy, Landon Thompson and the sweet ladies up front including Kadie & Spencer, as well as the Nationwide in Georgia’s Justin Swindell, KCB builder’s Ryan Lloyd, Keith Brown and Sam Cranston & Mr. Reginald Holmes, that did painting and repair, as well as his assistant and the pipe boot crew, for all your assistance w/ this project. Sincerely and w/ appreciation the help moving forward so could make it to my oldest son Matthew’s wedding March 18th in McKinney, Texas that went beautifully ❤️?!!! I just can’t say enough GOOD things about Rusty Healy Nationwide ?and the appreciation I have for all that work there ?!!!

We've been a customer of the Healy agency for 20+ years and as our needs have grown (kids, cars, businesses) Rusty and the crew have always helped and grown with us. We've had numerous crazy claims (trees on multiple houses, etc) and they're always available and there w/in hours to step up and do exactly what you'd expect them to do. Can't recommend them enough!

Nationwide is not on your side. I was just notified of our homeowners insurance has gone up…. AGAIN! This after I paid $33,000 out of pocket for a new roof they said I didn’t have hail damage 4 years ago. 7 of my neighbors got new roof paid for by their insurance companies. They would pay for replacement of 5 squares of roof tile but would not pay for roof replacement. We had second roof leak. I had to get my roof replaced and had to pay $33,000 out of pocket. Nationwide refused to pay. Then to make matters worse, I get new home owners insurance rate increase of 26%. Need less to say, Nationwide will not be my insurance company for 2023. I would strongly not recommend Nationwide.

When Rusty is managing my car and home insurance, I know I’ll be well treated and kept in the loop on all things regarding my coverage. I highly recommend using Rusty for insurance needs. I almost drove the staff crazy as I went through 3 potential homes. I finally have one and now and subsequently I had to buy a car.

Been with Rusty for 20 years. Excellent service from him and his staff.Called him yesterday to thank him for excellent advise. Rusty goes above and beyond. Nationwide may, or may not, be the best insurance company, but Rusty Healy is certainly the best agent in the State.
