Terrible!!! Bathroom was gross, had profanity written on the inside of the stall along with inappropriate drawings. The sink, counter, and mirrors all had dried soap scum! Will not come back here again.

I go to this store almost everyday. The owners name is Sal. His brother “Z” also works here also. They are the best people you could ever meet. I have certain drinks Dr. Pepper/Cream Soda w/zero sugar)that I like and you can’t find them in just any store. Sal makes sure that they stay stocked in his store for me. He also keeps my vapes in stock. If you want above and beyond service, always choose this store. It is absolutely the best service station around.

I think this store is either under new management or has new owners. They bend over backwards now to accommodate their customers. I stop by nearly every day to buy one or two Pop disposable vapes. The man who is working there nearly every time I stop there (it says OWNER on the cashier line on my receipts) asked me a few days ago if there were any Pop flavors I liked that they didnt normally have at their location. I told him that I liked the Strawberry Waternelon flavor, but that I could rarely find it at any of the stores in the area. He wrote it down and told me he would order them that day, so that when I came back in a day or two, they would have my favorite flavor. Sure enough, when I stopped by today they had that flavor in the Pop display case, and he remembered me and told me he had ordered that flavor especially for me. I've never had a store owner ask me for my opinion before about the items they sell in their store. This Shell station could teach other store owners about the value of great customer service. There's no need for me to ever go to another gas station but this one from now on; I'll be shopping at this store for all of my gas, Pops, and other needs in the future. Fantastic customer service!

I like Shell gasoline, but it is not worth stopping at this station. The displays on the pumps are not readable or they will not give you a receipt. Most of the staff is not very friendly or pleasant.

BEWARE!!!!!! I paid 23.00 for gas at the pump and they took another 85.00 on top of that from me. When l inquired about the charge they stated it was not their problem. Per the police l have to dispute it with my bank. Stay away they are theieves!

While driving to the outlet, I had two options to choose from. Either get gas from Shell or Chevron. Shell looks busy and clean when I drove up. Chevron was dead and didn't seem to have customer getting gas. After pumping gas, I went inside to use their restroom. The cashier was busy ringing up customers but still took the time to smile and says hi to us. Like things like that makes me want to come back and spend my money. Woman's restroom has three stalls. I was surprised how clean they kept it. I've been to many gas stations restrooms when I travels and this one seems super clean. I noticed that the gas station is also attached to a Subway restaurant. We grabbed some drinks and snacks on our way out. Melinda the cashier was friendly when she checked us out.
