I received outstanding service from Guy at this Sprint location. Guy went above and beyond to take care of a complicated issue. He was very patient despite the fact it was close to closing time. Most importantly, he solved my issue! I would definitely recommend this Sprint store.

Paid Deposit to get wife a note 10+. Some foreign Sprint department called saying payment didn't process. I have the receipt. Called the store manager and told her. She got my information. Next day...ahhhhhh we don't see the payment yet. Why do I have a receipt of deposit of paid from my band. Its pending you have to wait. Why?? Saturday....took statement to the store. Ahhhhhh we have to fax it off....3 more days. But I asked before I brought it. He said my wife would get the phone. Cancel the order. Please refund my money. I will NEVER do business with Sprint

Amazing customer service, not pushy or just trying to sell you stuff. Very helpful & quick with a screen replacement! I asked about a new product they were advertising & they answered my questions & I sold myself. Everyone was pleasant & polite.

I cant remember her name but the girl that helped me was really nice and friendly as well as the store manager. And I also let them know about how I came in a couple of weeks ago and the guy that was supposed to help me, didn't at all cause some female came in there. But I can honestly say they do have workers in there that will help you at with your needs.

I AM COMPLETELY HORRIFIED!! I went to the store only to purchase a SIM card and found that they needed to access my account by scanning the front and back of my driver's license. This seems to be illegal because it gives too much personal information 2 people I don't know! That could definitely create a breach of information. I am seriously considering leaving Sprint if this is the way they handle business. Now I have no idea and I feel very uncomfortable about who has my information

Absolutely the worse service! And that's all around serivce! Phone service, customer service, JUST HORRIBLE! It will take me hours to type my issues up. I removed my company COMPLETELY from them after 3 months!
