I mean for $50 a night not really sure what I was expecting. The front desk lady was very pleasant as she had to deal with me changing rooms 3 times. All but the last one had a cigarette smell that smacked you when you walked in the door. She did however inform me they were all no smoking rooms. Her English was not the best but I think we were able to communicate pretty well. Now for the room I ended up in. Blood stains on the mattress. Stained sheets. Carpet had stains and holes. They do not provide soap, but someone very kindly left a half used soap bar in the shower for me, that housekeeping seemed to miss. If they even have housekeeping, not so sure as they have a sign stating if you want that service it's a extra charge each time you use it. The mian lights flikered but the secondary lights seem to work. No breakfast :( Oh and they are most definitely NOT pet friendly. Glad I left furry friends at home for this trip. All and all it's cheap, staff is nice and lets change rooms as often as you need until you find one that is tolerable. I'd say probably a 1 star at best. Did check for bed bugs but didn't find evidence of them. It's also non refundable. Know before you go and if you have better options use them.

No shampoo no soap !!!! !!!!!No breakfast no coffee !!!!! !!!!Save your money and go another place.I think the real value for one night is $28. Not more.Thanks

This place has got to do better. The pricing of the rooms are not bad but when you have appliances in the room that is not working or don't have proper services the prices should be lower. And another thing is these halfway working locks don't make sense at all. So yea this is my first and last time staying hereRooms: Dish washer has nasty water in it

I'd rate it a zero it I could. Made a reservation a couple of months ago and even confirmed they had a pet friendly room. Drove five hours only to find out they don't have a room available. I guess they want me to sleep in the car.

The site for this hotel states " pet friendly" yet they 101% refused to allow my 2 cats to stay in our room.We offered to pay pet deposit. We had reserved a room more than a week in advance after refusing my cats accommodations then CHARGED MY CARD. The desk person was EXTREMELY RUDE stating that the hotel does not accept most dogs ! So if you have a SERVICE animal you will be refused a room. Avoid this place as their policies are poorly conveyed on their website at best, outright liars at worst.EDITThe statement from hotel management concerning my comment is incorrect as the person at the desk called management they stated " we do not accept cats or most dogs". Bottom line avoid this hotel like the plague. The hotel should awarded TRIPLE ZERO STARS as a rating.NEW EDITManagement states that it takes customer issues seriously, no person from management has EVER reached out to me about myissue. No apologies were ever offered So management please do not be deceptive with customers.

This place is from far the dirtiest hotel I've ever been. Cleanning staff went out for holyday and never came back. First room they gave me was dirty, cigarette buts on the floor and cokroaches running by kitchenette floor. I asked for a room change, which was immediately done, unfortunately the new room was not clean, urine stains in bathroom floor, rests of excrement in wc, sticky floor in kitchen area and an unbreathable smell all over. The "included breakfast" deserves a comment apart. Simply doesn't exist. It's just a snack corner with cereal bars, coffee and instant oatmeal bags, whatever you can call breakfast you won't find here. I've had to escape this place.
