Pro Trans worked on my 2012 Ram 1500 4x4. They replaced struts and shocks all around on my truck. This part I’ll say they did well. I only drive the truck 16 miles a day. 5 weeks later and less way less that 800 miles later the left front wheel started shaking violently. I was going maybe 50mph. The lug nuts were loose. Yeah they did fine installing parts but in the Saftey and Common Sense Area they are subpar to put it mildly. Yes it spiraled me into an orbit of pissed off I haven’t flown in quite some time. I’m sorry but I will NEVER use them again. Stupidity at its finest.

I live in Sherwood, AR and was home in Hernando back in June for a visit. I started having spark plug and a coil problem that were fixed in AR. A few days later, the check engine light came on . I am very thankful to Bill Love and his crew for treating me with respect, not taking advantage of me and fixing my other spark plugs and coils, so I made it safely home!

Knowledgeable and skilled people and very customer oriented. I would recommend them and would go back for anything they worked on. My issue was a loss of power on a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. With no code failures to work with, they spent a lot of time isolating components in the system; transmission, torque converter, catalytic converter, and engine to identify the most likely cause.

I'm grateful to have found these guys because I was beginning to believe there wasn't any good shops and mechanics left. No doubt that I will do business with them from here on out.
If your looking for a place to have your vehicle fixed give these guys and gals a call. They do excellent work in a very timely manor. They communicate with you and let you know exactly what's going on and they're honest.

I took my work unit there because it literally broke down almost in front for the shop!
They fix the issue but they put a hole in my radiator and they claimed they had NOTHING to do with it when there was nothing wrong with it when they worked on my vehicle ! So I had to pay at extra 800!!! To fix it because I couldn’t take my vehicle with a hole in my radiator and run my engine hot!! So I don’t recommend them at all!!!

Have used Pro Tran several times over the last 8 years. This time my car had a major engine issue and I spoke to Bill at Pro Tran. I dropped the car off and they had it repaired in two days. If you're looking for a good engine repair shop in Hernando, definitely check out Pro Tran. They also did a great job when I had my A/C repaired in another car.

Little bit late on the review but I can’t say enough good things about Bill and his team they had my wife’s vehicle up and running in no time even after another shop claimed it couldn’t be fixed and needed a motor and new ecm when in reality it was much simpler than that

Guys are very easy to do business with , affordable and know what they are doing . My go to for trans issues . Also they installed a flow master on my truck for me . Very impressed
