I have been using this company at this location for several years now on several vehicles of mine. They have always been professional efficient knowledgeable helpful and always doing all these things with a smile and courteous service. And I will always use them and continue to use them as long as I live on the coast.

I stopped in NTB today to get two flat tires checked out. The staff was friendly, professional and had me in and out within 30 minutes! This was extremely helpful as i was traveling through on my way to Texas.

I came to NTB with a flat tire. Unfortunately, it wasn’t able to be plugged. Unsure of how to proceed, I asked them a dozen different questions… All of which they were happy to answer! I spoke with several employees while I was there. Each employee was kind & patient with me, despite my indecisiveness. We decided that utilizing the spare for the time being was the best option. They put it on and handed me a receipt in the amount of $0!
Having to find a repair shop is always worrisome for me because I know very little about automotive care. I can’t help but wonder if I may get taken advantage of. From the moment I checked in for my appointment at NTB, however, I felt confident that I made the correct choice. The $0 charge at the end of my experience proved my intuition correct. We will certainly come back to NTB when the time comes! Thanks for being kind to me :)
