I was at at your store tonight (Saturday night-August 31st). The vacuum at the car wash did not have any suction to it. None at all. The first cashier didn't know anything about it. Said she didn't even know they had a vacuum and the second cashier said there's absolutely no refunds He said was not owned by Circle K I need to call the 800 number on the machine. He was extremely rude and very blunt... I don't know about y'all's world but when I don't get something I paid for it angers me greatly. I don't care if it was a penny. Train your people on customer service and how to do refunds. They vacuums have Circle K branded on them. The company should stand by their products even if it is outside vendor. Perhaps a money bag where they can give refunds. It also makes me very angry that I've been sitting out here typing this message and not one of them has gone out there to put a sign on the machine saying to put an out of order sign on it. End result being it will continue to take other peoples money. Interesting!

Great i go every night. They stay open 24hrs is what i like most about it. I recommend people to go there.

I bought four packs of cigarettes told they were menthol which I asked repeatedly if they were. But when I checked the were Marlboro black gold. When I went back in I was told that because I left the store I couldn't get the four unopened pack switched for actual menthol cigarettes and he clapped at me when I was leaving

The cashiers there were very rude. Lines backed up out the door. Asked about getting cash back and I get told I have to do it at the other register. I grab a bag of chips and get in a line that’s backed up to the door and I get accused of trying to steal a 3 dollar bag of chips (cashier: KYLE) When I know very well every employee steals from that store. This store needs a huge corporate review. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS CIRCLE K
