I went in for a normal oil change and a week later my car was out of oil , come to find out they broke my oil filter housing .. causing my car to throw a rod because I didn’t know my car was loosing oil . They agreed to fix the housing but the damage was already done . They claim the insurance company wouldn’t cover the damage THEY CAUSED, by agreeing to fix the housing they took full ownership that they caused my car damage!! Now I have to replace my motor and I’m and suing them !

Went in for an oil change on my truck. They had quick and friendly service. No complaints whatsoever.

Called to see if they could service my transmission, they said that they could in a week. They needed to order part. Well, I arrived 8 days later and they stated they couldn't do it. Incompetent! Their was never a part ordered.

Staff was rude. When I came up to the window inside the store, the cashier said very bluntly. . ."you need to just sit down until I call you." I only had a question about additional services. I will not be back. The staff that performed the work did not say, "thank you and come again."Grade: D

I had a flat tire and the staff took great care of me as always. Great people, great value. They are the largest privately owned care care place in the state. I know the owner and they really take care of their employees and their employees take care of their customers.
