Extremely friendly guys! Always helpful!!! They are always so welcoming when my kids and I come in. They give me A LOT of great advice with things I’m looking to buy, or things I already have. I have been a customer for 3 years and they have never steered me wrong. They are always honest and fair and I will recommend them to anyone! I bought a wedding ring set. Was told the 1.35 carat diamond was an S diamond. The ring was perfect. Left it for sizing. The ring I got after sizing had a different diamond in the solitaire. It looked cloudy. I went and had it apraised and the diamond clusters in the wedding band were S1 diamonds but my solitaire was switched for an I2 diamond. There was a 1.35 carat diamond in the case when I picked up my diamond. I went back to confront them and that ring was no longer there. I believe with all my heart they swapped mine and sold the diamond that matched my set. After showing them my evidence they offered me a store credit. Then after they talked among themselves decided to give me back my money and pay me back for the appraisal. I have waited 26yrs to finally get get the ring of my dreams and they have broken my heart. It was the perfect wedding set for me and they stole my happiness. These people may seem nice but they are not honest. They have been there since as long as I can remember and I thought they was a good place to do business. I feel so broken over this.I did not yell at the employee as I left the store. The whole conversation was recorded and I wanted the original I purchased as I had fallen in love with it, but you would not make it right. Also you gave my money back because the salesman told me the diamond was an S diamond. He also said he can only go buy what the jeweler says. The diamond was obviously different no one believed me so I had it appraised and it was not the S diamond. I have no intention of doing business with you again, but if you are so honest why do you take cash to avoid paying taxes?

I bought an AR-22 on May 3 with a pick-up date of May 9. However, when I arrived on May 9, I was told that the government had delayed it and was given a new date of May 18. I requested a refund and received 85% of my money back. As I left, the staff could be heard discussing the need to fix the paperwork, which had not been completed correctly.

I bought a ring from here, I was told it takes 7 weeks to get it sized. I have done business in the past here, with no problems, but this last 2 visits here has been a pile of mess. I still don’t have my ring yet, and if ask for my money back they want to charge me $60 holding charge. How do I know if my diamonds ain’t being switched out. Is this how business is being ran now.

Asked the jewelry guy if they could test a diamond for me. He said for $20. Instead of just being a good local business they had to do that. Guess what? The tester is less than that on Amazon, mine arrives on Saturday. Rest assured I won't be coming back for anything and I was interested in the solar charging system at your door, not anymore.Auto parts places lend tools with the idea that it will get them more business and sorry if you think you using your own tester for less than a minute is worth $20.

All the 5 Star reviews are true!!! These guys are top of the line fantastic to work with. As a female needing personal protection, they were professional, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will happily support their business again (they also have some beautiful guitars available right now- I will be back, haha). The entire staff was super sweet to my entire family and made us feel welcome. Good customer service goes a long way! Thanks again, guys!!!

Recently purchased an engagement ring from Haney's, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, did not pressure us to buy anything, and gave us plenty of helpful info while also not sugarcoating anything! I couldn't recommend Haney's more!
