Very rude. And upon entering, I can smell very strong scent of marijuana. The guy was rude as well! I would never recommend this business to anyone. You are better off dealing with other storage business. Please do not come here!

I have been a customer for over 8 years now and Scott and his father, the owners of this business, have been wonderful to work with. So many storage company's wouldn't bat an eye to take all your things from you. Scott has always worked with me when I have fallen behind or had trouble being on time over the years. That's the single most important thing I can think of anyone wanting in choosing a storage unit. These aren't just your things their all your memories of family or friends. Don't take any risks out there, Universal Storage is the smart choice.

Came after hours and didn't realize it was not 24 hours. A lady was exiting the place and said she was the managers girlfriend and offered to get me access as she stated people coordinate after hour access all the time. She called the manager/her boyfriend and he got me in that is when he approached me and my 10 year old daughter and was very rude stating this is not a 24 hour storage and don't make a habit of needing access after hours. He said you won't be able to get out and will have to honk your horn until I let you out, then he just stomped off. His girlfriend offered to help me when I arrived after hours. I was more than willing to wait but she offered to help. He was completely disrespectful and rude. He spoke very rude to me in front of my daughter and I think this storage would be fine if they had a manager that wasn't terrible at customer service. My wife spoke to him earlier the same week and she said he seemed rude and rushed her. I like the convenience of this storage near where I live but without customers the rude manager would not have a job and he needs to be reminded of that.

Had a phone conversation and met the owners son in person who was completely rude and changed the information given to me several times. Needless to say I didn't rent a unit here nor would I ever recommend this business. There is something seriously wrong when a customer is treated in the manner in which I was treated.
