The branch manager at Alabama branch was rude and condescending. She made every request l had difficult. She gas done this before she was the manager a year ago. I cannot believe she was put in this position. She has poor people skills.

Again ask for deposit slips. The not so person gives one. Then smiles. We will fill the deposit slip out at the window no matter how many cars behind us.Drive thru person rude. Asked for SOME deposit slips we got 1. When we drove up to window 2 were standing there talking. 2 minutes later she came to the window. The lady that had been working the window was always very nice greeted us by are names. Never had to wait. I see trust mark don't care about the service they give.

I enjoy banking with Trustmark's Gateway Branch. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with your financial needs.
