My pick up.order was set for 4pm to 5pm, I got a message that it was going to be delayed which is understandable l. I left 20 minutes after they messaged that it was ready. I arrived and checked in on the app and waited another 20 minutes and I called to make sure the app was working right. The woman that answered the phone told me the wait was due to not help and hung up lol on me. Been sitting in my car for 30 minutes and another customer left. Maybe they should hire people ? I know lots of people personally that are very qualified for this position including myself that have been waiting on applications submitted multiple times in the last 12 months so don't give me that "people don't wanna work" crap. Some people do just can't get hired, so stop hiring people who don't wanna work.

I like to browse around in Dirt Cheap. Huge parking area. I wish they would fix the entrance & exit so people cars wouldn't scrub when coming & going!!

This store is TERRIBLE. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I do realize that service work is one of the hardest industries to work.. with that being said, the employees are disrespectful, rude, have no sense of urgency, and no desire to help. I could go on further, but I think I've made my point. we waited 30 minutes to just be helped. there were hardly any workers on the floor anywhere, and when we asked employees we saw, we were blown off. I wouldn't even patron this store if the next closet store wasn't an hour away. NONE of these people have any customer service skills whatsoever. I shouldn't have to chase people down to spend my money!
