H&R Block Customer Service is terrible. Lost our private organization status due to them not properly submitting our taxes we paid them to do for for years. Trying to get our money back and a plan to get our exempt status back but they never reach out. I’ve opened three cases and have no updates for weeks. Keep being told they need to come up with a plan and they’ll get back to me and they never do. I have to keep calling and get the same response.

The service is FANTASTIC but, I've been with H&R block over 20 years, and the prices have just gotten too high, so now considering TurboTax. It was $169 (with $25 coupon included) this year for a single woman, no children, no assets (apartment). It used around $50-$60 for such an easy form as mine, electronically filling and all.
