I went to the Woodbury store yesterday. Melissa was absolutely fabulous. She took the time to show me phones and accessories. I had a horrible experience at a different store ,I'm so glad I went back to the Woodbury location. Melissa has great customer service and is so knowledgeable! She treated me with respect and explained everything to me. I highly recommend her and this store ! 10 ⭐⭐⭐! Stars Thank you Melissa, definitely coming back .

Have had problems with this service since I got a phone plan from them. Always looses service. Apps and internet don't load alot of the time. Have to turn the phone off and on daily to try and get it to work.

Our experience here was great! The manager Melissa was so knowledgeable, kind, personable, and professional. She was the only one there and there were many customers in the store so we had to wait a while, but it was worth the wait to work with her and (by the time it was our turn) her coworker Xavier. It had a family business feel with how personable they were. Transferring our service from another provider went pretty quick and smoothly. Now we have better service too. I’d recommend the switch for anyone who’s considering it.

Very expensive since the 23 months I was in there last. I thought it could have been longer but looked at my last receipt. I'm not very happy about it. Especially when I want to go to a Samsung phone down to a brand unheard of that's a cheap phone and they want $160 for the upgrade. If it was another Samsung I might be ok with that but not for what I had and what I was going down to. It isnt acceptable. The other people I spoke to and showed online were several and all of them agreed with me as well.
