Neither the grubhub delivery person is stealing food from me or Little Caesers can't seem to get my orders right. The last 3 orders only 1 order was correct. I just decided to not use both companies. Oh yeah, good luck trying to call them, you have a better chance getting a hold of the president.

Almost an hour for a cheese pizza?! What a joke. Ended up getting a refund because the wait was absolutely ridiculous! There was also 4 other people in the lobby, one mentioned it had been a full hour for her and she still didn't have her stuff. Workers too busy goofing off and not using their brains. Get some reliable workers or your business will fail!

Well, I wish I could say something better than what I’m about to type. This store, during the pandemic and currently, has really taken a turn for the worse. I ordered online for a 1:15 pickup, lunch combo. I get there around 1:20 to be told it’s not made yet. The agent literally pulled my orders ticket out of the printer when I got here. That’s not all, looking at their heaters: they have nothing on display for hot n ready pizzas, cheesy bread or crazy bread. I give 2 stars because despite these facts: the pizza and what they offer is still rather tasty. They need a system that doesn’t stop making noise when an order comes in, they need more staff (like all places) and lastly a manager who is attentive. I have been here several times and its about a 50% experience. Most recently I've stood with another 5 people in the lobby for 15 minutes without getting any help or acknowledgment to then be told you have to place an online order. Of which 3 other people were still waiting for theirs to be ready. I watched several people work the oven and had over a dozen pizzas out on the counter constantly getting opened to see what was in each stack, but not a single one handed out to an order. Meanwhile there were pizzas and breads in their ready to go boxes. I get everyone is short staffed, put a sign on your door, acknowledge your customers. We are all more than willing to be patient when we are also valued and get quality for our hard earned $

Placed an order online for pickup. When I got to the store, there were two other people standing outside and said that the door was locked (this was at 6:30pm). No sign posted about closing early. There were employees walking around in the back so I tried calling but no one answered. Then I knocked on the glass to hopefully get somebody’s attention. I did this multiple times before someone came to the door. She unlocked it and I asked if our orders had been canceled and she said, no we were just really tired and short staffed then proceeded to let us in. Pizzas were sitting there on the counter. I ultimately got my order but had I not continued to knock on the glass, I’m guessing they would have ignored us and kept the doors locked!?I completely get being short staffed and having to close early. But why abruptly lock your doors with active orders and not post a sign? Very poorly handled!

I came in with my sister and she’s blind and she has her white cane which is used for people who have no sight, we were waiting for our pizzas and my sister wasn’t watching where she was going and knocked something off her counters and the employee completely freaked out and started yelling at us and we told her she didn’t mean to she’s blind and she started saying that’s not an excuse and she just kicked us out, her name was Marium.We will not be coming to this location ever again and to top it off the employee was a manager.They seriously need to work on getting better managers.

Went in on Sunday 12/15/2021. I was so disappointed at the service my kids and I and other had gotten that day! The staff and manager were so unprofessional. They said my order would take about 10-15 minutes. Waited took them 45 minutes to make our order. One of the young ladies was talking about a customer who just asked please can “I get 2 pizzas that are ready to go”. I clearly understood him. She could have explain there is none made because they were in the back joking around and using profile language. And not doing there job for about 20 minutes. So she thought he left outside, and proceeded to talk about how he couldn’t see there were no pizzas in the warmers. And how dum he was. While they were in the back talking up a storm they were telling each other to do things. I have never seen so much disorganized team and that day the manager on shift was also worst. I asked to speak to him and brought it up to his attention. That that behavior was so unprofessional and to talk to his team about the profound language. And how they came out and touched money and went to the back to touch food. Some of them didn’t even had there hair up. My youngest son was with me at the time. And didn’t appreciate him hearing those kind of things as I was speaking to him about the problems. He was laughing and shrugged his shoulders. And I asked for my receipt so I can talk to the GM and he just laughed it off like if they won’t have any consequences . There was a customer waiting in line to order while I was speaking to the manager on shift. While I was walking out the manager must have said something to the young man behind me. Because they lost a customer who walked out while I was. The customer who walked out comment to me was they will have karma and are so rude and unprofessional. I do plan on calling corporate about this situation. I wouldn’t go there and wast your time! Until they get friendly staff and better customer service! And mangers. I have been going to them for 2 years and this last few times we ordered there or online orders take more then the time. Expected as well. So think twice before going there.

The whole experience was a challenge.. ordered on line, told 20 minutes, get to store 25 minutes later,” they NEVER USE THE customer oven. My order not even started.. Now being told that my order was made but they don’t know where it went….the store is total mayhem.. staff do not know what is happening, maybe more training is needed. Still waiting it’s now been 20 minutes.. customer service lacking, organization lacking. Asked for franchisee name and a phone number and was refused.. I have stood here while maybe 10-15 orders have gone out..

Ordered 15 pizzas for a party. 4 pepp, 4 sausage, 4 cheese and 3 supreme. Didn’t receive the supreme and tried several times to call the store but after an hour of failed attempts I gave up. Still waiting on a refund.9/30/2021 - filled out the details on 9/27/2021 and called for refund. No response.10/4/2021 - still no refund or response.10/6/2021 - still no refund or response. Losing hope.10/10/2021 - still nothing. Out $32.97 (10.99 x 3) zero follow up, zilch.10/12/2021 - refund reflected on my credit card and one of the employees notified me that the door dasher didn’t take the order.All has been corrected and it’s appreciated.

My family and I order from here about once a month, and have been for years. For the price, pretty tough to beat. Our orders are always accurate, and the food is great with a good amount of toppings. Sometimes lately the pizza isn’t ready on time, but I know there is an employee shortage everywhere, so I’m sure that is the reason. Hopefully people will be smarter in their voting next election, so small businesses like this aren’t affected by people making more from the government than working. We use the app for ordering, and it is awesome. Highly recommend.

Ordered 15 pizzas via delivery. Only received 12—called repeatedly to notify them of the error-nobody ever answered the phone. Would love to get a refund for the pizzas I never got!
