Bought the Wyatt chair and ottoman 6 months ago. The piece of wood that holds one of the legs broke, which is only held together with glue. What cheap construction! Called the store and they refused to replace a barely used ottoman. What a waste of money! I've had Ikea furniture outlast this thing! Save your money and go elsewhere.

I was nervous walking in when there were was no one else in the store. Was hoping to not be harassed by employees. Well that was not an issue, the employee went out of her way to avoid my daughter and I. She completely ignored our existence and would move to the other side of the store if we started to even get close to her. Then she started vacuuming the store, it was over an hour before they closed, but that was so rude, clearly we were not welcome there, and based on the other reviews I guess no one is welcome there. Will not be back, and will make sure to tell others to avoid

When you walk in, it smells gross. Not sure how this store is in business. My friend and I walked around it to kill time. This store is just expensive and depressing. Just tear it down.

It’s like this location goes out of their way to find/hire the snobbiest, rudest women they can find. I’ve been here several times, and it’s always the same. I will no longer shop here.

RUDEST employees! I have not been to this store many times, but when I have I've encountered the rudest employees. I asked for a discount on an item that had damage, (last one and I really wanted it). The employee, possibly manager, was snarky and had a big attitude even before I asked for the discount. It always seems like you're inconveniencing the employees by just being in there. Anyways, she offered a %10 discount on a damaged item. That would have been $2 off. Ridiculous. I will not go back into this store. If I care to buy from Kirkland's, it will be online.

My 2nd time shopping here in a month and I’ll never be back. Rudest manager and assistant I have ever met both visits. True definition of Woodbury snobs. I asked a question and not only once but twice i got eyes rolled at me. I’m usually the type that makes friends with everyone, heck I’ve even exchanged phone numbers before with random retail employees. It’s the holidays maybe retail isn’t your thing buttercup! I own Air bnb’s all over but no decor is worth the attitude you get from these unhappy grumpy cats! Too bad.. I was really excited I found this place.

I never knew this store existed! It is a very fun store to go into and look around. Their prices are at a good price point. I didn't fall over when looking at the price on something!!! I'll definitely go back now that I know I can afford to go in there. The staff was very accommodating as I received a phone call upon checking out. I usually NEVER answer my phone while in a check out lane. That's rude as hell. However, it was my vet calling about my dog, so I had to take the call. I did complete my transaction and move out of the way so I didn't bother anyone else, but I was still standing near the checkout taking notes because I had bought a big Christmas spray for my mother and have a cast on my right hand. Alot of information, I know, but if you knew me, there are so many ways that could have gone wrong!!!So thank you, Kirkland's!

The staff at the Woodbury Kirklands has been rude and snooty every time I have visited. Today I picked up a large online purchase and decided to purchase a Christmas cententepiece in the store. It appeared to be a customer return as everything was removed from the box and was repackaged. I noticef one of the bells was damaged. I asked politely for an additional discount. They said no and said "Do you want it or not!?" Interestly, just yesterday they were giving customers an additional 15% off Christmas. Hmm....how hard would it have been to make a loyal customer happy by simply offering a discount? Sorry Woodbury location, I will never set foot in your store again.

Pretty pricey for what you get. However the low rating is for the rudeness of the staff. Just not friendly. Lots of standing around and talking, ignoring the customers.

This was our first time at Kirkland’s and we were impressed. We were looking for wall hangings for a new house and found five beautiful pieces of artwork that we felt were a great value. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back since some of the artwork we found was Christmas themed and we might decide to change it out, but it’s SO pretty I’m going to have a hard time taking it down!

This place has very nice decorations for any house. Most are targeted at a country feel, which is nice.
