I was very impressed with the phone experience I shared today with Laurie. She was professional, and upbeat! She had the best attitude possible! I could tell by her voice she was smiling, defiantly the right person to have working in customer service! Thank you again ?

Glad there is a Cub Foods in Woodbury, as I moved from Oakdale and this was my number 1 place for grocery shopping. Love the fact that the layout is similar to Oakdale and will definitely be shopping here more when I'm in this specific area of Tamarack Village, as I find Cub offers great options at a very reasonable price.

Remarkably great service!Our family was part of the wave of customers who were passed off to Walgreens when the Woodbury Health Partners pharmacy closed. We gave Walgreens a full year to manage the influx of prescriptions but instead of the service getting better over time, it got increasingly worse. Truly, we were at the corner of unhappy and unhealthy.Transferring our prescriptions to the Woodbury Cub Pharmacy felt like being bumped to first class. Why did we wait so long! The kind people at Cub Pharmacy listened to the pain-points of our Walgreens experience and addressed each one. First, the pharmacist synchronized our family's five prescriptions. Second, they arranged for them all to auto-refill. Last, they set up our insurance details for accurate billing. Now, this last one seems like a given but Walgreens just could not get it right. Their suggested solution for their inaccurate billing was that we call them before coming in for the pick-up to be sure that they billed us correctly - what!?Our new friends at the Woodbury Cub Pharmacy went above and beyond to right the wrongs of the past – very impressive. Also notable, the team has an amazing way of balancing attentive, personal service with speed and efficiency. I honestly don't know how they do it but I leave with a smile on my face after each visit. First class feels great!!!

Helpful (and kind) staff, with a small line-up of people they were able to get through the line quick. I also went here to get my first dose of my COVID-19 vaccine and that was a quick & easy experience, it seems like appointments are spaced out because as I was leaving the next person was getting ready to get theirs.

I only wish staff would enforce their mask requirement!! I’ve seen so many patrons not wearing their mask properly or at all. It is important to be mindful and respectful of others who are trying to shop. There is no excuse to not wear a mask over the nose. I do it at work all day without issue and with eye protection. You can for the short time it takes to go grocery shopping. And not wearing a mask at all is inexcusable. Especially in an environment with food!! Please confront these folks! Make your store a more safe experience for everyone! Don’t allow people to shop in your store who refuse to follow the rules!

The staff in the pharmacy smiled, were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me an estimate of how long it would take to get my prescription ready and it was finished even before the length of time they had given. I have been to this location many different times and even when they are extremely busy, they always give great service.

Went there yesterday 12/16/2020! very nice store clean and safe! friendly and helpful employees! Love the service meat and seafood! best fried chicken in town from the deli! The cashier I had Kathleen was very nice, friendly and helpful!!

Cub Foods in Woodbury: I had a charge that was wrong; I had to come in at an odd time (high risk) to get it taken care of and the transaction was tricky to reverse. Michael handled it and was so amazing! And patient and kind! He suggested I go do my shopping while he took care of it. He really went the extra mile. When I find an employee like this that goes above and beyond I always hope the store recognizes them; I figure a yelp shout out can't hurt!

I stopped into this Walmart because it was on my way to my Son and Daughter in. Laws home. Excellent customer service because it was the 1st time in the store I needed assistance navigating my way through the store and every associate I asked for help was more than happy to assist me. I worked with 4 associates 2 for assistance 1 for a purchase in the jewelry department and the cashier who checked me out. Good job to all!! Thank you for your help. Need I forget the associate at the entrance/exit door in grocery Great Personality. I was at your store on 8/20/19 around 3:00 pm.
