I've been coming to o'Reilly's for over two decades.
Before it was even O'Reilly's when it was Checkers.
I moved to North St. Paul 4 years ago and have been starting a business from my garage from my home. Because I don't want to rent, I want to own.
This is my Full Time Job.
I've had terrible customer service with help identifying parts, super high prices so I've gone else where. The last two times I've came in, it's been great. But I called (probably spoke with the SM) I asked for a possible price match he said $25 bucks over which was fine, I asked for a possible price match with receipt and part in hand from competitor, because I was in a situation, I was told they don't do any price matching because they normally have the parts and other people don't. Which has not been the case. I was told that I only spent $200 there this year and that they didn't want my business pretty much. Now you know.
I'll keep using my online business accounts that give me the same brand and cost pricing 1-2 day shipping and I'll keep using your competitors in for pricing because that's money out of my pocket. I'm already warrantying the part out for the customer for customer service. You guys almost had my business.

Whoever the lady is at the front desk has me going to AutoZone. I'm done going to this store. She makes it Clear she doesn't want to help you with anything which is fine I can go somewhere else

My vehicles battery went dead today. I was unsuccessful jump starting it on my own and I had to call roadside assistance. After my car was jump started, I drove to the White Bear Lake location and an employee named Nick immediately replaced the battery. He was extremely helpful. I felt terrible because it was almost closing time but he was kind and professional the entire time. He is well versed and highly skilled. Please give him a raise/bonus!

They're always out of stock on everything I've gone there for. Always have to order the part and pick it up the next day or the following week.
